I love the quilted look on jackets, and I knew these fabrics would make the perfect coat for little horse-loving girls! I quilted the outer shell piece by piece and paired it with a cozy fleece inner with a matching print. There are pockets on the outer side, but I used a reversible zipper, so the coat can be worn either side out! Every seam is completely enclosed. The neckband, waistband and sleeve cuffs are made with a soft hot pink rib knit. This jacket makes a perfect, super special birthday gift.
